These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 954powerwash.com (the "Site") and the pressure cleaning, soft washing, painting, sealing, and related services ("Services") provided by Excellence Pressure Cleaning and Painting LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information you provide and remain valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if actual conditions (square footage, surface condition, accessibility, additional services) differ materially from the quoted scope. Any material change is communicated to you before work begins.

2. Scheduling and cancellations

We confirm appointments in advance via phone, email, or text. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $50 service-trip fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds); we will notify you as early as possible.

3. Property access & preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and water source. You confirm you are the owner or authorized representative. Before our arrival, please: remove vehicles and outdoor items from the work area, close windows and doors, secure pets indoors, and inform us of any fragile features, loose siding, or known leaks.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything is unsatisfactory, notify us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address it at no additional charge.

5. Limitations of liability

While we take every precaution including landscape protection and surface-appropriate pressure settings, exterior cleaning carries inherent risks. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage such as cracked roof tiles, loose paint, rotten wood, or failing seals
• Damage to landscaping not protected after reasonable notice
• Stains, oxidation, or damage that cannot be removed without surface damage
• Issues arising from undisclosed conditions (window leaks, electrical exposure, etc.)

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Insurance & licensing

Excellence Pressure Cleaning and Painting LLC is licensed and fully insured to operate in the State of Florida. Proof of insurance is available on request.

7. Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. Overdue balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest and may incur collection costs.

8. Website use

You may not use the Site to upload malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All content, images, and trade names on the Site are property of Excellence Pressure Cleaning and Painting LLC unless attributed otherwise.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
